I have almost two decades of experience creating training tools for staff.  You could say that my first love was the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).  My passion for this led me to earn an M.A. in Instructional Design. I apply various components of this degree to fine-tune the projects created by Golden Business Processes, which I founded over 5 years ago.
